Overview
Monthly trade workshops
Rooted Pathways offers monthly workshops for students in grades 6 through 12. Each workshop meets one day a week for three hours, with several trade options offered each month. Students are invited to explore hands-on work, learn from real skill sets, and begin noticing the kinds of practical, creative, and purposeful work they may want to pursue.
How it works
Beginner, intermediate, advanced
Each trade is designed as a three-level pathway: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Every level is four weeks in length. Students may take a beginner workshop simply to try a trade, or they may continue into the intermediate and advanced sessions if they enjoy the work and want to grow in that skill.

The day of the week will depend on the trade and will be posted here as each class is finalized. Each class will be three hours long, with a morning option and a late afternoon option planned for each offering. Current dates, times, and location are still to be determined.
Tuition
$275 per four-week session
Rooted Pathways workshops are $275 per four-week session. Each session includes one three-hour class per week for four weeks, with supplies and materials specific to the trade included unless otherwise noted.

Some of this year's planned offerings include The Carpenter, The Gardener, The Homeopath, The Photographer, The Florist, The Mechanic, The Entrepreneur, The Prepper, The Chef, The Midwife, The Seamstress, The Potter, The Artist, and The Plumber. Final offerings will be announced as each workshop is confirmed.
